As we all return to the "new normal", we wanted to update our patients with our latest information to help answer some of the key questions that you have related to #Covid19.

Do I need to be vaccinated?

In line with the most recent government guidelines and restrictions, we continue to treat patients, regardless of their vaccination status.

That means you do not need to have any vaccination in order to attend.

How do your team members keep covid-safe?

The vaccine mandate in Queensland set a requirement earlier in the year for healthcare employees and support teams to have completed a full course of a Covid-19 vaccination.

Whilst this is no longer a mandated requirement, all of our team remain fully vaccinated.

Are face masks required?

Face masks are required in all areas of the dental practice, as we come under the healthcare setting regulations.

If you forget your mask, don't worry; we have spares available before entering the practice.

When you go through to the dental surgery, the dentist will invite you to remove your mask before continuing with your appointment.

If you are mask exempt, there is no need for you to wear a face mask.

Do you socially distance within the practice?

We have large, welcoming spaces throughout that practice, including in our pre-treatment area, radiography room, sterilisation room and dental surgeries.

The requirement to socially distance is being relaxed but there remains ample space for patients to distance if they choose to.

What cleaning routines are in place?

Our strict hygiene, infection control and cleaning procedures mean that every space within the practice is as regularly disinfected and cleaned throughout the day.

This helps to ensure you are entering a safe and welcoming environment at all times.

What if I think I have Covid or feel unwell?

Follow the latest guidance if you think you have Covid-19.
