Claiming From a Health Fund
Most of the time, claiming from your health fund happens instantly once your visit is complete. Your health fund card is scanned using our HICAPS terminal, and your rebate is taken off any payment required on the day.
If your claim cannot be processed at the practice, it means you will need to make the full payment and claim your rebate directly from your fund later. It can be a quick and easy process to claim yourself.
