Amaroo Day Spa is your sanctuary to Relax, Revitalize, and Restore. We offer a unique two- hour experience designed to help you release daily stress and renew your body - inside and out. We have a holistic or wellness approach to our treatments. These include an Infrared Sauna, Leg Compression Boots, Shakti Mats, and a massage experience like no other on the Sunshine Coast. You can also enhance your visit with a Hand & Foot Treatment or Crystal Therapy to cleanse your chakras. Amaroo was born from a vision of sustainability and heart. I built the spa myself over eight months, repurposing recycled materials and hand-painting every detail. Rather than support big corporations, I chose to donate to charities and support local businesses. All collaborators are Sunshine Coast based artisans, and every product used in the spa is handmade, supporting a deeper connection to community and craft. Amaroo is more than a spa; it's a space built with love, purpose, and a deep respect for the Australian landscape. This is only Stage 1 of my journey, and I can’t wait to share what’s next. We can’t wait to welcome you to Amaroo - a truly Australian Day Spa experience.
